Headed To Niagra Falls n just Got Done bookin a Reservation for The Hilton Fallsview Hotel ....THe Hotel is actually lookin over the falls ANd There Is a casino adjoined to another Hotel. Got Tixx To air supply n a magic Show Greg frewin ...anyone Heard of this Hotel or been to this area. I understand its a bit Chilly , But I have to get away . Plus, You guys can Catch a break from me ! By the way, Is there any good Shopping in that area ? any madssage parlors near by ?
I was just there a few weeks ago. Stayed at the Marriott just down the street from the Hilton.
Hilton is a nice hotel, great views. Something to note: my room was on the 24th floor and was actually too high. If you were sitting or laying in bed, you could no longer see the Falls. Rooms around the 7th to 15th floor are probably better for the view.
Also, if you don't want to wake up early, close your blinds! These rooms face due east ... found out the hard way, at 6:10 my first day there. Yuck.

Very nice hotel, 5-star. Fantastic location. Use the valet service, really have no choice. Possibly the best hotel of the lot there, better than the Marriot which is rated as 5-star. Sheraton On The Falls is nice as well, splitting hairs between these two.

I'm Canadian so I don't have to go through customs, can't help you there.
Tour the Falls?-- no problem. NOT walking distance (actually it is, but its a hike, especially goign up the hill, towards your hotel!!). The Hilton is 'on a hill' if you will. The Sheraton On The Falls is right at the Falls level, walking distance. But no worries just ask conciege/information they will help you with everything. They usually have a shuttle to the older casino and the Falls (not sure if they charge for that anymore)--takes 5 minutes or so. They have Falls 'tours', just ask information for this.
American cash? always good in Canada. Not sure if they will give you a 'better' rate than your local bank in Philly--probably not actually, may want to exchnage some monies now. Nonetheless, can exchange ANYWHERE in NIagara Falls at their 'exchange rate' (including conveneince stores, the hotel itself, the casino etc).
where your hotel is, 3 'big' hotels lie, ALL near each other: The Marriot, The Hilton (where your staying) and The Sheraton Fallsview Hotel (different than The Sheraton on the Falls). The Hilton has the best location no doubt, and IMO is the best of the 3. You have a Denny's within walking distance as well as a Hooters. The casino across the street has a food court as well--that casino is awesome, better than the older, original one

i edtied my above post--just in case i'll repeat my edited part-- the walk from the Hilton to Niagara Falls is possible, but its a good hike. Going TO the Falls its not bad, downhill, lol.......coming back, ouch.

in the 40's bro, 10 degrees colder than where you are. BUT colder AT the Falls, your next to the water. SO DRESS WARM when you go to the Falls. You'll also catch the mist from the Falls......Hilton's pool is nice, also has a whirlpool and a sauna.

Kimchee, when you step outside the hilton, (facing fallsview) to your right, a short walking distance there's a pretty good steak house. (can't remember the name) Beef Baron is another good steakhouse reasonably priced, and Rumours is a great club!! (lotta hot women) Also very difficult to get a seat at the fallsview poker room. If your looking to play poker, I always go to the other casino (Niagra) Much shorter waiting list. Enjoy your stay, and good luck!!!! :toast:
